Controller: Jadthena Limited, trading as Clearpath Consulting, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16232930), registered office: 62 Border Brook Lane, Worsley, Manchester, England, M28 1XJ ("we", "us"). We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

  • Account data — the email address you sign up or sign in with. We do not require a name, date of birth or any identity document.
  • Billing data — subscription status, plan and payment history. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach our servers; USDT payments are matched by a unique transfer amount, not by wallet identity.
  • Usage data — the alerts, watchlists and pages you use, so the product works. Standard web server request logs.
  • Trial-abuse signal — a random cookie identifier and the network range (not the exact address) a signup came from, used only to stop the same free trial being taken repeatedly. Full detail: our cookie policy.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising cookies or third-party trackers, we do not sell personal data to anyone, and we never ask for a passport, government ID or bank login.

Why we process it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to send billing and account emails you would reasonably expect (contract), to stop free-trial abuse and keep the product usable for paying subscribers (legitimate interest), and to meet our own tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Stripe (card payments), our transactional email sender, and — only for signed-in affiliate program participants — a masked, non-identifying summary of referral activity. We never share your data with advertisers. StratoSig, ProperPrompt and Counsel AI share billing infrastructure but not customer data between products.

How long we keep it

Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and for the period required by UK tax law afterwards (normally 6 years). The trial-abuse cookie identifier expires automatically after about 13 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to stop processing it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are notified in-app or by email. Contact the controller, Jadthena Limited, at [email protected] for any privacy matter, including a data-protection request.
